The staff at the hotel is attentive, and provides excellent service. The atmosphere is very nice, the hotel is located in a place accessible to everything and the adjacent beach is really clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel

The location is excellent, the principal is very accessible to guests, even when we are late in prayer, at the request of the women take care to leave us breakfast, in relation to this price is very reasonable, but still need small improvements, for example hair dryer in this room is not a luxury. We were on the last holiday weekend. There was a very high occupancy of guests. Looks like the hotel staff did not really know how to deal with it. Caused discomfort especially in the dining room. There were not always seats. On the eve of the holiday they did not bother to place a hotel representative who would steer the guests into which dining room to enter and this caused great confusion and lack of organization. Unfortunately we missed part of the evening like that. The staff themselves were nice and kind to requests. The food was varied and very tasty. The cleanliness is relatively fine. The location is great. The exorbitant price charged does not justify, perhaps because of the holiday, the consideration we received. In my opinion this is a 2 star hotel and nothing more than Misa. The hotel is very outdated and seems to have undergone a slight renovation but not enough at all. I would recommend the hotel and go back there again only at a much reduced price that justifies it.

Nice and quiet hotel. The rooms on the second floor without elevators Saturday dinner was excellent with a personal and courteous attitude of the chef.

The hotel has greatly improved in its visibility but there is a complete disregard for the green character, they did not ask to see it, there are no masks in the dining room for neither diners nor waiters, just a market ... A receptionist on Saturday is not nice at levels.

My mom and I really enjoyed the vacation at your hotel. The hotel staff is very kind. Miri is in charge of making sure everyone has everything and asks the guests what it sounds like and if there is anything to say or need. Personal treatment at the hotel. The chef is excellent and also a very kind man. The food was very tasty. Spacious rooms. There is no overcrowding in the dining room and it is pleasant to sit and eat. The service was very good. The hotel is very well maintained externally and there is a lot of investment in vegetation around the hotel. The beach is very close and it's a huge plus. The level of cleanliness is high. We would definitely recommend the hotel to those who want a relaxing holiday with a personal and family attitude. We would like to stay again later. Thanks to all the hotel staff.

The holiday meals were above and beyond, an amazing chef, the hotel manager was happy to help. The hotel staff was happy to help in any matter. The hotel's location is excellent right on Crimson Beach. Excellent. We will definitely recommend the sites.

A little more attention to cleaning the rooms, gluing Formica that came off the table, bleach in the sink, making beds in the morning, collecting dirty towels, towels in the pool, cleaning the pool area from the remnants of the night .....

The music in the pool during the afternoon was very bad for the holiday experience. The food was very good although one item I ate at breakfast on Saturday was spoiled and caused me diarrhea at home.

The service of the hotel management and especially the waitresses chose the food was superb. I'd like to go back there again. I was disturbed that there was not a table in the room where you could sit next to him for a cup of coffee or read a book. I told the hotel manager. It bothered other guests who told me so. Still, I was surprised by the good service, the view from the sea, the good food. And from the preparation for Passover. The hotel has spared no effort to make our holiday enjoyable, and even surprisingly they made sure to save precious reservations, cakes and coffee all the holiday, and also a surprise for an entertainment program with an excellent singer. We paid an offer price and received a full price. The staff is very nice. The beachfront location is excellent. But the beach is not clean. The food was excellent but crowded in a dining room.

The rooms are nice, but small and the balcony furniture is not comfortable. There is noise, if you rooms is towards the swimming pool, but altogether, it was great and worth the money

The hotel is small, charming, with a homely atmosphere, excellent food and convenient location. But the maintenance and cleanliness very poor. The staff is very nice, but filling customer requests second or third time which is a shame.

We enjoyed a very nice hotel staff and luminous interior. Everything we asked for we got. Representative will be happy again. We lacked the evening performances on Friday night and actually brought a singer. And at Pomegranate every night was a performance. Too bad there was also children's activities.

Nice hotel for the fourth time where we are staying. The level of maintenance and general cleanliness poor and mostly poor rooms. That total excellent service and superior location and suitable for families

The hotel kindly. Very suitable for families. However we encountered maintenance level is not high. For example we did not have a phone line and although we announced Friday, was not corrected until we left on Sunday. This required us to communicate with our children were in another room or Bsmsim or go physically. Saturday also music theme - music in the pool was really strong. Although we do not charge and after 5 minutes is lowered and after another 10 minutes completely closed. But you could consider religious feelings were there and whose rooms were near the pool. Note, however, the staff made a point of allowing religious people who request it, eat quietly instead Mbodd.lsicom - I recommend to continue to be available. Is good and I guess they made improvements later. Thanks.
